Once the order has been submitted, it goes straight through to the warehouse for picking. If our team has started to pick your order, you are not able to amend or cancel it.

Yes. Use the + and – buttons to adjust the quantity of your item. Remember to click the “update shopping cart” button when you have made your changes. To delete the item from the cart, click on the X to the left of the item listing in the cart.

As soon as you place your order which meets our minimum order requirement, your stock will be reserved.

We do not have a minimum order value as we offer an overnight courier service for a small charge for small and top up items up to 30kg.

We offer an up to 25kg (per box) Courier service for £7.49.
Royal Mail 2nd Class for items under 2kg (not frozen) for £3.79
Additional cost may be incurred for certain UK areas
