personal face to face service. But we are also proud to serve you online.
Please be aware, our team who serve you, are doing so from inside our stores. We dont have a bigwarehouse full of "faceless" individuals packing boxes, they are serving our customers in store
whilst packing up your orders. Therefore, please be respectful when dealing with our team, as they are working very hard to give everyone the first class service that we are so proud of here at Grovely Pets.
We offer both an in-person local delivery service on a Wednesday and courier delivery service. Yes, the MD is still out and about being "Delivery Dave" just like in the days when we first set the company up!
Free local in-person Delivery Service
Our in-person delivery to the local areas to our stores is undertaken on a Wednesday.
All orders for this service must be placed by close of business on Tuesday night,and any orders placed after that, will either be couriered out by DPD or will not be delivered until the following week. We cannot offer any timed delivery slots so please do not contact our stores demanding to know the time it will be delivered as we are not that sophisticated! This service is done by our in-house team, we have a zero tolerence policy on any abuse either via email or over the phone. Any abuse of our staff will result in your products not being delivered to you.
We offer a free couriered delivery service on all orders over £60 in value Nationwide and for smaller orders we offer the Royal Mail second class. These delivery options can be selected at checkout. They are:
Under 2kg will cost £3.75 and will be sent second class via Royal Mail.
Up to 25kg with a value under £60 will cost just £7.49 and will be delivered by Courier.
All orders over £60 and up to and including 25kg will be sent out for free*
*If there is a surcharge (over the £7.49) added to deliver
into your area, then we will contact you to pay the extra before posting out.
We are partnered with DPD for our courier deliveries, and whilst we will endeavour to offer a next day couriered service, due to the high demand for online shopping this may sometimes take 2 days, we are reliant on DPD to be able to deliver. All orders that are dispatched Mon - Thurs
will be delivered next day. All orders received on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Monday, and all orders received over the weekend, will not be dispatched until Monday and therefore out for delivery on the Tuesday.
Should you require a Saturday delivery, this can be accommodated at a small extra charge. This can be worked out by our team and payment taken over the phone.
Please note there are items that are clearly marked "for click and collect only" - couriered orders containing these items, are subject to additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quotation before placing your order. Refunds for "mistaken" orders due to not noting these conditions will be subject to a £5 refund charge.
Please note that no Frozen items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Post. If this is selected, you will be called to pay the additional cost. No refunds will be given for anyone trying to use the cheaper option.

We deliver frozen food on an overnight service by courier for a charge of £7.49. We will post frozen food orders that are placed over the weekend on a Monday through to Wednesday. If you place your order on a Thursday it will not be posted out until the following Monday. This is due to delivery reliability from the couriers. We do not post out frozen food using Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Refunds will not be given for choosing this option. You will be called for the extra charge.

If your delivery is damaged in any way or items are missing then this needs to be reported to Grovely Pets within 2 working days from the date of delivery with photographic evidence, any longer than this will result in your claim being rejected.

Once your order has been placed, unfortunately this cannot be changed unless you contact us immediately using the central phone number.

We will try to accommodate you as far as is possible and as we offer a
next day delivery service, we hope that this will help you out. But you
can also sign up to our empty bowl (repeat) subscription service, which
will ensure you never run out of food again.

All couriered deliveries are charged at a flat rate of £7.49 per order
on orders under £60 for products weighing up to 25kg. If you order
exceeds this, please contact us. We also offer a 2nd Class Royal Mail
delivery service for £3.79 on orders that weigh up to 1.9kg.

Due to restrictions of our courier company, we are unable to deliver
via mail order to these areas. But we welcome our overseas customer, so
