"I went in yesterday to pick up dog food and unfortunately they didn't have the food I needed in stock. They got straight on the phone and managed to order it in for today. Now that's good service for you. So I picked it up today and the ladies were friendly and smiley as usual. Staff and owners going out of their way to make sure the customers are happy. "I popped in this morning to pick up a few bits for my lab who is one tomorrow and got chatting to Dave about food, it is nice to chat to someone who knows the importance of good food and has such a good variety, especially for those with a sensitive tum, He sent me on my way with some good information and some food samples too, so when i got home i did as he said and looked up the reviews for eden, i have now ordered some bigger samples and seriously considering changing over, with the added bonus of going back to a fabulous shop with fabulous owners and the 4 legged staff members who come to greet you, will recommend grovely to all my animal owning friends"
